Mr.K.J.Naveen is the Founder and Director of Arient Solutions. He has 2+ years of corporate experience after his MBA graduation. A gold medallist, Vice President-Training in JCI Palayamkottai and a member of BNI, Naveen has a clear and central mission to “Employ the unemployed and steer the employed to a better career”. Naveen is a charismatic professional with love for travelling and creation of positive vibes with people around him. Being a widely interested individual in social activities, he identified his passion in the field of sales, marketing, recruitment and training which made him endeavour hard in the corporate world to establish himself as a well-trained passionate professional. Serving the society with the belief of bringing out outstanding changes is being the morale of his career. Looking forward to an educational revolution in our county, being a Certified Trainer for outbound activities, he also contributes by training corporates and students through his meticulous characteristic.
